This website is operated by Pushpendra Technology Private Limited (CIN U62012UP2024PTC197957), Office No. 1312, 13th Floor, Tower C, The Iconic Corenthum, Plot No. A-41, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. We build and operate technology products (PTTalk, Pushpendra Connect, PTPanel, Pushpendra Society, Quick Clean, Earnternship, Pushpendra Studio, Pushpendra.io and Romanceify) and provide software development, AI, cloud, design and IT consulting services.
2. Use of this website
Use the website only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt, scan, hack or overload it
Do not upload malicious files or submit false information through our forms

3. Products
Our products are available on their own websites and apps. Each product may have its own terms, pricing, subscription and refund rules, which apply when you sign up for or use that product. Where a product’s terms differ from these, the product’s terms prevail for that product.
4. Services and projects
Scope: the scope, timeline, deliverables and price of each project are set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement accepted by both parties.
Changes: work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may change the price and timeline.
Client responsibilities: you will provide content, access, approvals and feedback on time; delays on your side may move the timeline.
Third-party services: hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs and app-store accounts are subject to the providers’ own terms and fees.
5. Payments
Fees, milestones and payment terms are as stated in your proposal or invoice
Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We may pause work or services if payments are overdue, after giving notice
Payments made online are processed by licensed payment gateways
6. Intellectual property
Website content: the content, design, logos and brand names on this website belong to Pushpendra Technology and may not be copied without permission.
Client deliverables: unless your agreement says otherwise, ownership of custom work created specifically for you transfers to you once all fees are paid in full.
Our platforms: our products, frameworks, reusable components and know-how remain our property; where they are part of a deliverable, you receive a licence to use them for that project.
7. Restricted work
We do not build or support solutions for gambling, betting, real-money gaming, adult content, fraud, or any activity that is illegal under Indian law or the law of the client’s country.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business, technical or personal information received from the other and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Warranties and liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, as described in your agreement
This website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the three months before the claim

11. Recruitment
We never charge candidates any fee for applications, interviews, training or joining. Job offers come only from an official @pushpendratechnology.com email address. We are not responsible for offers made by anyone impersonating us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in your project agreement.
