We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial account, card or health details through this website. Payments for our products are processed by licensed payment gateways; we do not store your card or bank credentials.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on the performance of a contract when we work with you, and on legitimate uses permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Sharing your information

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations:

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies to work properly and Google Analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will continue to work, but analytics will be limited.

7. Data retention

  • Enquiries — for as long as needed to respond and follow up on a business relationship
  • Job applications and resumes — for the recruitment process and a reasonable period after, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them
  • Client and contract records — as required by contract and Indian tax and company law

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

8. Security

We use reasonable security safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, restricted file uploads and secure hosting — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly on any incident as required by law.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

  • Ask us to erase your data where it is no longer needed
  • Withdraw your consent
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
